Lulu’s Bait Shack respects intellectual property rights and expects Website users to do the same.

1. Ownership and Licensed Content

Except where otherwise stated, Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, designs, menus, compilations, and other materials are owned by, commissioned by, or licensed to Lulu’s Bait Shack. They may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, contract, and other laws.

Third-party names, marks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement beyond the applicable relationship.

2. AI-Assisted and AI-Generated Material

Some Website images, illustrations, graphics, copy, or design elements may be created or modified using generative artificial intelligence tools. Lulu’s does not represent that every purely AI-generated element is independently eligible for copyright protection.

Copyright notices on the Website apply to Lulu’s protectable human-authored contributions, including original text, photography, selection, coordination, arrangement, editing, modifications, and overall compilation, as well as content owned by or licensed to Lulu’s. The use of AI tools does not grant a visitor permission to copy the Website, misuse Lulu’s branding, or violate rights existing in human-authored or third-party material.

Where material is submitted for U.S. copyright registration, AI-generated portions will be disclosed or disclaimed as required by U.S. Copyright Office guidance.

3. Permitted Use

You may view the Website and print or save a limited portion for personal, noncommercial use, provided you keep notices intact. You may link to a public page in a way that does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, systematically scrape, or commercially exploit Website content. You may not remove ownership notices or use Lulu’s name, marks, images, menu, or trade dress in a misleading manner.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, for multiple works, a representative list.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, preferably the exact URL.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

5. Counter-Notifications

If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that occurred through mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that satisfies 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, the legally required statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the appropriate federal court jurisdiction, acceptance of service from the original complainant, and your contact information.

6. Review and Removal

We may review, remove, disable, restore, or restrict material in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. Where the Website permits repeated user submissions, we may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Trademark Notice

Lulu’s Bait Shack, its logos, slogans, and related branding may be trademarks, service marks, or trade dress. No license to use them is granted except as expressly stated in writing.
